We never override the choices you have already made: the list only offers fonts that are on this device (your system font, whatever your browser is set to, its sans, serif and monospace, plus any reading fonts you have installed, such as Atkinson Hyperlegible or OpenDyslexic — we do not bundle any), and Reset to my browser's defaults puts the text back exactly as your browser would show it. Everything here is remembered on this device only. The ruler follows your finger or mouse; bold word-starts give your eyes an anchor per word (some people find it helps, some do not, so try both).
